No, the E-Quad Tour is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. A full safety briefing is provided before the tour begins.
Yes. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Category B driving license (Swiss or internationally recognized equivalent).
Yes. Passengers must be at least 6 years old.
A maximum of 2 persons per quad is permitted.
Yes. Helmets, gloves, and rain gear (if required) are included.
Yes. Wearing a helmet and all provided safety equipment is mandatory throughout the entire tour.
No. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any substances affecting physical or mental ability before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.
Yes. Instructions given by the guides must be followed at all times without exception.

Yes. All Swiss traffic laws and regulations must be followed at all times.
Any dangerous, negligent, or rule-violating behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the tour without refund.
Yes. A refundable deposit of CHF 500 per quad is required by credit card. The amount is refunded after the tour provided there is no damage.
Participants are liable for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Yes. In the event of damage, a deductible of CHF 1,500 per quad may be charged.
The deductible may apply in cases of accidents, negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, or violation of traffic regulations.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own health, accident, and travel insurance that covers quad biking or similar activities.
No. The company does not cover medical treatment, rescue operations, transport, or hospital costs.
Yes. Any relevant medical conditions or health restrictions must be disclosed before the tour.
No refund will be granted in case of late arrival or no-show.
The tour generally runs in most weather conditions. In cases of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other safety-related hazards, the tour may be postponed or canceled.
