General Requirements for the Toboggan Ride:

1. Age and Height:

• Minimum Age: Children must be at least 8 years old to ride alone.
• Height Requirement: To ride alone, children must be at least 1.25 meters tall.
• Accompanied Riders: Children under 8 years or shorter than 1.25 meters must ride with an adult (aged 16 or older).

1. Safety Gear:

• Seatbelts: Passengers must buckle up at all times during the ride for safety.

1. Weather Conditions:

• The ride operates only in suitable weather conditions. Extreme weather (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.) may cause temporary closures.

1. Health Considerations:

• Passengers must be in good health to take part. If you have any medical conditions that might affect your ability to safely enjoy the ride (such as heart conditions, mobility issues, etc.), please consult the staff beforehand.

1. Clothing:

• Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes suitable for outdoor activities.
• Be cautious with loose, airy clothing, as it may get caught under the toboggan during the ride.

1. Toboggan Ride Rules:

• Riders must follow the operating instructions and safety guidelines provided by the staff at all times.
• No taking photos or using phones during the ride for safety reasons.
• Maintain a minimum distance of 25 meters from other toboggans.
