    What is the minimum age to rent an E-Scooter?

    You must be at least 16 years old to rent and ride an E-Scooter.

    What is included in the rental price?

    The price includes: helmet, hand gloves, a fully charged E-Scooter for your rental duration, a guide map with the best routes, and optional guidance.

    How do I book a rental?

    Check our booking calendar online, select your preferred rental day and time, and pick up your E-Scooter at the Ticket Shop.

    How fast can I ride?

    Maximum speed is 20 km/h. Please respect traffic laws and pedestrian crossings.

    Can I carry drinks, bags, or cameras while riding?

    Do not carry anything in your hands while riding. You may bring small items in a backpack or bag. Bring money for drinks or coffee stops and a phone or camera to capture memories.

    Is it safe for beginners?

    Yes! After our brief guidance, you’ll be ready to ride an E-Scooter confidently on your own.

    Are there any safety rules?
